Without hope 2

A few days ago i was in the center of the city, anxious to get beautiful photos..when i saw this really sad scene, a homeless man sitting in the street beging for a little help..but everyone pretend that he wasn't there, it was so sad..so i took some photos, because photography is not just beautiful and happy moments, photography is the way to show the reality of the world...and there are people that need some help and look to the other side of the street it is not going to solve the problem..:(

Nice composition. A little more contrast would have helped this shot, which is great with the play of shadows.

dear Lui,thanks for sharing suhc a somber and sad story with us,your superbly taken photo has spoken a thousand words! Sometimesi wonder if a photographer is to be detached fro the things he takes pictures of or feel for them...many years back i read of a photo journalist who killed himself after taking a picture of a little girl dying from hunger,with a vulture at the background waiting to devour her.
